OUR MISSION: QUALITY

The goal of our presence on the market is to provide a rapid solution to the commercial requests of our customers, through the availability of the materials and the prompt handling of the orders, ensuring the quality, origin and traceability of supplies.

Our vision is to be the leader of the sector for the quality of the material, the level of service, punctuality in delivery and the quality/price ratio.

Our reference customers are mainly manufacturers of boilers, tanks and carpentry in general based in Italy, with the aim of serving other companies in the European Union and other related sectors.

Our policy is to provide prompt and personalized service, characterized by the ability to respond to customer requests with professionalism and speed of delivery made possible by the availability in our warehouse of the range of special products requested by customers in our reference market. Furthermore, what we supply is qualitatively guaranteed through product certification.

In order to implement this policy we have identified the "competitive levers" and "distinctive skills", aimed at differentiating us from our competitors and defending our diversity.

Our "competitive levers" are:
  • Wide range of sheets in stock, both in terms of characteristics and formats, and in terms of types to best meet the needs of our reference customers.
  • Assurance of the quality of these sheets and their complete traceability;
  • Timeliness and punctuality of the preparation of the product for delivery and transportation, when required;
Our "distinctive skills" are:
  • Consultancy skills, having knowledge of the reference technical regulations and the characteristics of the materials.
  • Ability to quickly replenish our stock of any missing materials, through our well-tested national and international supply channels.
  • Ability to balance service quality and competitiveness of the offer, through a selected range of products.
  • Ability to quickly handle orders, having an experienced organization, consisting of competent people and adequate infrastructures.
In order to implement this policy, we have updated the Quality Management System in accordance with the ISO9001: 2015 standard, including the actions necessary for the assessment of risks and opportunities, in order to fully use all the tools for continuous improvement.

In addition to the requirements of ISO9001: 2015 and those of the mandatory law, it is our policy to promptly comply with all the technical requirements dictated by the standards that govern our products.

We plan our continuous improvement objectives annually, using the D4-5 process indicators, in line with our competitive levers and our specific skills, in order to maintain the efficiency of our QMS and increase the satisfaction of our customers.

At least every year we review the effectiveness and efficiency of our quality management system and the suitability of our policy and take appropriate action to correct non-optimal situations and/or to eliminate or reduce risks and seize opportunities.

In Order to support this policy we have involved our staff through communication, education and training tools, in order to obtain an active and conscious commitment from everyone for the proper functioning of the QMS and the achievement of our objectives.
